National convention of feminist artists, academics and activists. It comprised of a theatre festival, an art show, a book exhibition and a symposium. The project, realised through a research grant to Madhusree Dutta by NORAD culture fund, was the first public culture event that facilitated interfaces between disciplines and genres of feminist art practices; between discourses, practices and actions as well as between generations of women artists. The pioneering endeavour culminated in Majlis Culture Centre.
